Klixfeed , a spam ads collection

As mentioned in the previous post Top paying New PPC – Klixfeed I have spent some time of my site on Klixfeed. Since it claimed itself as a Top Paying PPC network, I want to know if it is a good Google Adsense Alternative.

However, as mentioned in the previous post, the experience of me, as a publisher, is not good. The ads is showing incorrectly when the wordings are not in English, and also, the earning cpc rate is not that high at all.

However, I didn’t remove Klixfeed from my site, as I thought the rates may become better after the days of optimization. So, I decided to give it another chance.

After weeks, the situation was not improved at all. Therefore, before I remove it from my site, I tried to click on the ads and see what the visitor saw when they click on their interested ads.

And, I found this!!!

That’s horrible! I clicked on an ad banner which is related to travelling, but then it showed the followings! That’s totally a spam ads collection!! Also, none if them are related to travelling at all!!

Klixfeed is has super low quality ad

I have tried another time, and same thing happened!

Klixfeed is has super low quality ad, which is spam collection

It seems that Klixfeed is actually not a ads network provider at all! It is just another ad publisher, like us, the webmasters, who has registered many accounts at different ads networks. Then Klixfeed post spam ads as captured, claimed that it is top paying network, and then use us, the webmasters to post it’s ads on our site. Finally, the one who really get the earnings is Klixfeed, not publishers.

I am definitely going to remove Klixfeed, won’t try again anymore. I am so sorry to my site visitors and hope they didn’t get bad experiences from these spam ads from Klixfeed.

Klixfeed is suck suck and suck! Continue reading

Saying Goodbye to Qadabra

As mentioned previously, I am still seeking for the best Google Adsense alternatives. I have tried a lot of available choices but each of them has a disadvantage. None of them can compatible with Adsense and we can only find one fit better to our sites than the others. Previously I tried on Qadabra for a period of time, around 1-2 weeks. Let’s see how it works.

Ads, Ads Networks, Adsense, Adsense alternatives, cpm, ecpm, Google Adsense,Qadabra

Fill rates:

Fill rates of Qadabra is very good, I think it is 100% as I have never see an empty ads. However, most of the ads are not ‘download now’ as.

Ads quality:

Qadabra’s ads quality are not good, but not worse. They doesn’t serve redirect ads as cpmleader does. However, Qadabra always show ‘Download Now’ ads, or ads with popup messages. If user click on OK button on the popup message, they will be directed to another site. I am not quite sure if these can be classified as spam ads, but it is just very annoying.

Ads, Ads Networks, Adsense, Adsense alternatives, cpm, ecpm, Google Adsense,Qadabra

Ads models (CPM,CPC,CPA or CPX?Popups or Popunder?)

Qadabra works in CPM model. Clicks doesn’t leads to revenue by themselves but they will increase the eCPM value and finally positively increase the publisher’s earnings.

Pay rates:

Qadabra’s pay rate is quite low. It is around 0.01 for each million traffic. Qadabra’s publisher pannel rounded up all figures in to 2 decimal places so cannot specifically check the revenue earned by each click. Also Qadabra’s publisher revenue is calculated base on eCPM, which the formular of the eCPM calculations are not publicly announced, so it is difficult to estimate the specific rate.

Anyway, with around 100 of page views, I got 0.01 of eCPM rate and $0 revenue. This is definetly too less.

Support Asian traffic:

Yes, Qadabra support Asian traffic, but the rates are less  for Asian traffic.

Need support trouble approval?

Qadabra doesn’t need any approval. You can simply input details of your site and start earning.

Payment Method:

They support :
- PayPal
- Prepaid Payoneer MasterCard®
- Wire transfer via Payoneer

Payment threshold:

Their threshold is $1 with NET 45.

Proper Support?

I personnaly didn’t ask for help from Qadabra support as everything are working normal. Checked out the internet and found a lot of positive comments on the support.

Is there any complaints for delayed payment? Is it a scam network?

Temporarily not, Qadabra is archieving quite good impressions and comments are positive.

To conclude, Qadabra is actually quite a good CPM network for US residences. However, their down-grading ad quality and too low rate for Asian traffics force me to leave.

If you don’t mind of the ads quality, you are still recommended to join.

Cpmleader, scam ads network or not?

Nowadays there are many different online advertising networks which can be used to monetizing your website. However, their performance varies. Some of them pay and some of them are scam. Todays let’s us talk about a comparatively new ads network, Cpmleader.

image

Brief Introduction:

Cpmleader, as mentioned in its name, is worked on Cpm model.I have tried on my sites and found that the experience is quite well, no extra approval, and you can setup the ads easily by adding the general code of cpmleader ads on to your site. You don’t need to specify the site url, domains, s JIF topics or keywords, etc. Simply select the size of the banner you want and paste the generated code to your site, and then It works. Cpmleader will auto detect all other things, which iI highly appreciated that.

Fill rates:
From my experiences, the fill rate is very good, I just paste the ad code and preview, and the ads are already working properly.

Besides, my site are Chinese site and the cpmleader is able to detect them, and display ads with corresponding language.

Pay rates:

I have added my site to cpmleader for a few days and captured the rate table as below:

image

It seems that the cpm rates vary according to the places. US traffic still get higher rates as usual. Mmost of my traffics come from Asia area, which get low rates, and therefore cpmleader is obviously not a choice of Asian sites.

Ads models:
Cpmleader is worked on CPM model. More clicks may help to improve the ctr (click through rate), which then attract more quality ads and higher rates ads, but clicks didn’t generate revenue by itself.

Support Asian traffic?
Yes it is supported, and cpmleader can auto detect that and show ads with proper languages accordingly.

Need support trouble approval? Any minimum requirements such as monthly unique visitors?
No minimum requirement, no approval process, you can start once the ad codes are properly integrated to your site.

Ads quality:

Ads quality is no good. There are lots of ‘Download now’ ads which may affect the reputation of my brand.

Also, there ads always pop up spam messages as captured below.

image

Besides, cpmleader also serve redirect ads which auto direct my visitors to their site without any prompts. This pissed me off  and finally I removed all the cpmleader ads.

Payment Method

They support paypal

Payment threshold
5 dollars

Proper Support

I have sent questions about the scam ads for days but no reply at all.

Based on the experiences above, cpmleader is a good choice for newbie sites. But only of you are in US area. Asian traffic are supported but not earning much. Also affected by the spam ads, I actual don’t really recommend this network.
But if you are US residents and would like to try it on, you may refer to the link below.

Klixfeed Review – New PPC and Pop Up Ad Network

Few days ago when I was searching for a better Adsense Alternatives so that I can monetizing my websites. There are a lot of available ads networks to choose from, but none of them good. Finally I found a recommendation of Klixfeed, which claimed to be Top Paying PPC ad network with high quality.

Let’s see if it is true.

  • Brief Introduction

From the Klixfeed Official site, this is an ad network which are targeting to provide PPC (Pay-per-click) traffic and Pop UP traffics. They also provide affiliate links for publishers to publish their affiliated links, so that when site visitors click on the affiliate links and register as a Klixfeed user, the publisher get bonus.

It seems that they only count search traffics, just like Chitika.

  • Approval Process

After checking out the details of Klixfeed, I have registered a publisher account. After logging in and add the information of your site, you need to wait for Klixfeed to approve your site. Approval are based on sites, so if you have 5 sites, you need 5 separated approval.

Unfortunately, the approval process is quite slow. I have added the site for 3 days but the approval status is still ‘Pending’. I need to additionally contact the support to seek help. One more day later, after I contact their support, the site can finally be approved.

  •  Site minimum requirement

Base on the FAQ section of Klixfeed’s Official site, there are no special requirement on publisher’s websites. They also claimed that publishers will be paid for traffic from all countries. Therefore, even your site is an non-english and getting non- US traffic, it still works.

  • Ads models

Klixfeed support only PPC banner ads and PopUp ads

  • Support Asian traffic?

Yes it is supported. It can show Chinese ads if you use Chinese sites.

However, I don’t know the reason, but some browsers cannot show their ads correctly if there are non-english characters in their ads. Here is an example of using dolphin browser to read the ads:

Klixfeed- Chinese ads not showing properly

But if your site is English site than you won’t have this issues.

  • Fill rates

After approval, the ads can be shown immediately. Based on my experience, there are no empty ads at all. So I will say the fill rates is nearly 100% filled.

  • Pay rates, e.g. eCPM rates

Klixfeed is an PPC site, and only search traffic count. Therefore, eCPM rates and impressions are not concerned.

What they care is only CTR (click-through-rate).

After I have successfully added the ads to my site, I got one click. However that leads to quite a disappointed earning:

klixfeed's click rates

As captured in the statistics above, I got 1 click and that click, earned only $0.0006.That’s very unacceptable!

  • Payment Method

From their FAQ section, Klixfeed support Paypal, Skrill, Webmoney, Payoneer, Wire, Western Union

  • Payment threshold

$2 minimum

  • Proper Support?

Yes their support is nice and quick.

  • Is there any complaints for delayed payment? Is it a scam network?

Temporarily Klixfeed is still quite new, and still need time to see if they can really pay to publishers on time.
